Orphan Black is one of my favorite new TV shows. It completely took the TV world by storm, and I was surprised how much I loved it. If you haven’t seen it yet, BBC America is running a marathon all day Saturday. The premise is one that hasn’t been seen before. In the first five minutes of the pilot, Sarah witnesses someone walking into a train to kill herself. It turns out, the woman who killed herself was her clone, and Sarah decides to take over life. As the season has unfolded, we have learned more about the crazy lives these clones lead, but we still are far from knowing everything. Beth Childs (the woman who killed herself/who Sarah impersonated) was a police officer, and gets herself into some trouble. Enter Art and Detective Angela Deangelis, who are trying to make sense of the whole situation. I recently had the chance to talk to Inga Cadranel (who plays Angela) about her role, working with Tatiana and why the show has caught on so well.
