After last week’s crazy, action-packed Pretty Little Liars, there were a lot of questions unanswered. Last night, we found out that Lucas is alive (I had a feeling) and he’s not A or working with A. Although in my opinion, things are never as they seem in Rosewood, so we don’t know if perhaps he was working for A at some point in a sort of round about way that he didn’t know about. Also, the new guy is back. At first, I was all against Holden because I don’t like things getting in the way or Aria and Ezra, but perhaps he’s not so bad after all? “Let the Water Hold Me Down” kept up the momentum of this pretty great second half of the season.

Last night’s episode of Pretty Little Liars, “A Hot Piece of A,” had some very interesting clues as to who A might be. Or in my opinion, who A might be working with. It also was a bit of a heartbreaking episode for those rooting for a certain former teacher/former student relationship. There was also still some leftover tension with the girls from their fake fighting extravaganza. It was a great episode though, even if it was a little sad.

I am so happy Pretty Little Liars is back on TV. After last week’s stellar mid-season premiere, I am excited to see where the season goes. What are the girls going to do with A’s cell phone? When will we find out who A is? And what about all the romantic relationships that keep getting affected by A? If you couldn’t tell from my plethora of posts today, Pretty Little Liars is finally back tonight! Emily’s story has been one of my favorite of the series, and I just love watching how she’s changed and grown since day one. She’s gone through such an emotional journey with her sexuality and her family coming to terms with it and she’s evolved into a new girl who is comfortable in her own skin. Of course, all the credit to what Emily has become goes to the talented actress who plays her, Shay Mitchell. I recently had the chance to chat with Shay about Emily’s new-found confidence, what to expect in the big premiere and what’s coming up with Emily’s love life.

Pretty Little Liars is finally back and it feels like its been so long! Tonight’s big midseason premiere is nothing short of amazing. The girls get the closest they’ve ever gotten to ‘A’ and they obtain an item of A’s that is crucial to figuring out his/her identity. The episode starts off with the girls not exactly getting along. There’s an epic fight, which was pretty entertaining to watch. But at first, I had to rack my brain as to why they all might be fighting (and shunning Emily). I even went as far as reading my review of the finale, and then I realized, they weren’t previously fighting. So why now? Well, in the middle of the episode it all gets explained, and it’s a pretty fun twist. I won’t spoil it for you, though.

Pretty Little Liars is back tonight and I am so excited about it. The girls get closer than they ever have to A and I just can’t wait to see how the whole season plays out. I recently had the chance to catch up with the cast at ABC Family’s Winter Wonderland event. Lucy Hale (who plays Aria) and Ashley Benson (who plays Hanna) had a lot of interesting things to say about the big premiere, their characters’ respective love lives and the upcoming season.

Pretty Little Liars returns SO soon and in the second half of the season, we are going to learn A’s real identity. I can’t wait! But as with everything in Rosewood, things are not always so simple. Could there be more than one A? I recently had the chance to text with that pesky bitch and so did a bunch of other journalists. We got to ask her some questions and we learned some very interesting information. A has gone to Rosewood High, is a familiar face in Rosewood and may be torturing more than just the girls soon. Tonight’s episode of Pretty Little Liars is a prequel. It’s a full hour where Alison is alive, where Jenna can see and where the girls are ruling the school. I couldn’t get enough of this flashback episode, and to be honest, I hope they do another one. “The First Secret” takes place on Halloween, and the girls gear up for Noel Kahn’s big party. Before the party, Alison meets new girl Jenna, who seems like she might have been the first girl to ever challenge Ali. Ali is still up to her manipulative and mean girl ways, but in this prequel, we learn there’s a lot more to Ali than we knew.

Tomorrow night is the big prequel Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars. I have been missing this show on my weekly TV lineup, so I am very excited it’s back. I will post an Advance Review tomorrow, but I will say that the episode is fantastic. I think Alison is such a critical part of the story and I have been wanting an entire prequel episode for a while. The Halloween episode delivers in a big way. It’s dramatic, scary and answers a lot of questions. I recently had the chance to talk to Sasha Pieterse (who plays Alison) about the episode, what we are going to learn about Ali that we didn’t know before, and that pesky A.
